Viewing all your bookings

You can view and even re-use any bookings that you made through SameDay online by using the MY PROFILE menu.

Before you start

1.MY PROFILE only shows bookings made through SameDay online.

For a comprehensive listing of telephone, service centre and SameDay online bookings use the REPORTS tab (if your group/account settings permit).

2.A SameDay online booking is confirmed when you receive an email with a Booking/Job Number from the system.

A confirmed booking that has not yet been allocated to a courier can usually be cancelled.

Actions

1.Select MY PROFILE > Booking Details > View Online Booking Details.
2.To get an exhaustive list of bookings that you have made through the SameDay online system, click Search without filters (i.e. do not type anything into the fields).

The system returns a list of bookings for all your accounts, whether they have been allocated to a courier, partially delivered or completed.

3.To generate a shorter list or to focus the results, use a combination of filters.

You can click Search after any of the following steps. These filters are optional.

a)Select a radio button to filter your search by All, Incomplete (item(s) not yet delivered) or Complete (item(s) delivered) bookings.
b)Type the unique booking/job number into Booking No.

If you only know part of the booking/job number, use the asterisk wildcard.  This wildcard search may be slow and return a very long list of results - we recommend that you combine this search with other filters.

c)Type the account number on which the bookings were made into Account No.

If you only know part of the account number, use the asterisk wildcard.

d)In the Date Range, From field, type or choose a date (past, present or future). The system uses this to search booking collection dates.
e)In the Date Range, To field, type or choose a date (past, present or future). The system uses this to search booking collection dates.
4.        The Booking Details panel

The Booking Details panel displays all matching results from all the bookings that you have ever made using your login ID, irrespective of whether or not you currently have access to the same accounts.

oSort the list of results by booking data - just click on any column heading.
oFind out the courier's present whereabouts for allocated bookings that are not yet completed - click Track. This takes you to CitySprint's real-time application for tracking your items.
oCheck the booking details - click View.
oIf the booking has not yet been allocated to a courier, you can change the booking details or even remove the booking - Click Amend or Cancel respectively.
oTo make another booking using the same details - click Reuse.
5.To view the data of all the search results in a single file, click Download CSV File and open the file in Microsoft Excel.
