The data produced from the REPORTS tab can be used for auditing and tracking bookings made on given accounts.

Before you start

1.Data produced via the REPORTS tab covers all the bookings made on the selected account(s) irrespective of the medium: it includes bookings made by telephone, through your service centre and through SameDay online.

To get a list of bookings made exclusively through the SameDay online, go to MY PROFILE > Booking Details > View Online Booking Details..

2.Reports are generated for the booking collection dates - not the date the booking was made or confirmed.
3.Your access to the REPORTS tab is determined by your group/account settings. It is not exclusive to administrators.

Actions

1.Select REPORTS.
2.Mandatory: highlight up to 5 accounts for which you want to generate the report, using mouse-click+CTRL.
3.Mandatory: either choose a time in the past from the Date Range dropdown list or fill in any date in the From field.
4.The To field is optional. You can leave it blank (no date limit in the future), or enter a past, present or future date.

Reports can be generated for:

Booking collections that occurred up to 91 days before the current date up until the current date.
Booking collections that will occur at any time in the future, provided the date is not more than 91 days from the current date.
The entire date range does not exceed 91 days from the current date (in the past or the future) if you only use a From date or a To date.

 

5.Optional filter: if you know the unique booking/job number that you are searching for, type it into the Booking No. field (partial numbers and asterisk wildcard are not allowed).
6.Optional filter: if you need to generate a report of all bookings for a given booking code, type the code into the Reference(s) field (partial codes and asterisk wildcard are not allowed).
7.Click Run.
8.Once you have generated a report, all the matching bookings are listed in the Results panel.
a)To access the buttons on the right, find the record you need, click it once and hold down the right-arrow key until you can access all the buttons.
b)POD - depending on your group/account settings you may be able to click this button and see the Proof of Delivery as a PDF.
c)View - click this to see the Booking Summary for the selected record.
9.You can view the data for all the booking results by clicking Download CSV and opening the file in Microsoft Excel.
