Booking status in View Booking Details

The following codes are used in Booking Status in the My Profile, View Booking Details screen.

Use this menu to find all the bookings you have made, and for tracking, cancelling and re-using bookings.

 

Booking status code

Description

U

The booking has not yet been allocated to a courier.

A

The booking has been allocated to a courier.

D

All items have been delivered and the booking is complete.

M

The booking has been modified.

C

The booking has been cancelled.

At pickup

The courier is on site to collect items.

At delivery

The courier is on site to deliver items.

Complete

All items have been delivered.

Incomplete

Some or all of the items have not yet been delivered.
