Useful terms

Blocked

You cannot log into SameDay online if your account is blocked by your administrator.

A Blocked status can be applied to groups or to individual users/administrators for a variety of reasons such as:

Organisational changes which require changes to your group settings/accounts.
The administrator does not want any more bookings to be made on an account, for example, if the user leaves the organisation.
Enabled

Administrators can change the status of Blocked individuals or groups to Enabled, restoring their ability to log into the system.

Lock / Unlock

Your account becomes locked (barring you from logging onto SameDay online booking system) when:

You make three failed attempts to log into the system.
You type three wrong answers to security questions.

Contact your administrator who will be able to unlock your account.

Favourite  v  Saved Booking  v  Saved Quote

All these are like "booking templates". You can set them up beforehand and save them with some/all of the booking details. The main differences lie in the way you access and re-use these "booking templates".

To book from a Saved Booking, use MY PROFILE > View/Amend Other Bookings - to book from a Saved Quote use the BOOKING > Book from Saved Quote option. To book from a Favourite click the appropriate Favourite button at the top of the Booking screen.
You can create/amend/delete Favourites and Saved Bookings from MY PROFILE > View/Amend All Bookings. You cannot amend or delete Saved Quotes.
Saved Bookings and Favourites do not have expiry dates but Saved Quotes expire at midnight on the collection date. You can make a booking from a Saved Quote until it expires - the price may change depending on the actual collection time.
Groups

The group you belong to defines:

The menus you see when you log into SameDay online booking system.
The accounts you can access and what you can do with those accounts.
Whether you can make bookings or not.
Your role in the SameDay online system - you are a user if you belong to a user group. If you are put into an admin group you are an administrator.

If you think you are in the wrong group, contact your administrator or account manager.

Your Settings have changed and some Saved Bookings, Quotes and Favorites may no longer available

This message appears when CitySprint or your administrator has made some changes to the group/account settings. The changes may have an impact on your unallocated bookings. Contact your administrator for help.
