Useful terms
You cannot log into SameDay online if your account is blocked by your administrator. A Blocked status can be applied to groups or to individual users/administrators for a variety of reasons such as:

Administrators can change the status of Blocked individuals or groups to Enabled, restoring their ability to log into the system. |

Your account becomes locked (barring you from logging onto SameDay online booking system) when:
Contact your administrator who will be able to unlock your account. |

All these are like "booking templates". You can set them up beforehand and save them with some/all of the booking details. The main differences lie in the way you access and re-use these "booking templates".

The group you belong to defines:
If you think you are in the wrong group, contact your administrator or account manager. |

This message appears when CitySprint or your administrator has made some changes to the group/account settings. The changes may have an impact on your unallocated bookings. Contact your administrator for help. |
