You can cancel your own bookings within the cancellation interval. If you need to cancel bookings made by someone else in your company, contact your service centre.
Before you start
1. | Bookings are associated with the individual - other people in the same group as the booker can view and/or re-use the booking, but no one but the booker can cancel a booking. |
2. | If you need to cancel bookings made by someone else in your company, contact your service centre. |
3. | You can cancel your bookings provided the collection date/time is within the cancellation interval detailed in your agreement with CitySprint and the booking has not been allocated to a courier. |
4. | You can cancel bookings by contacting your service centre but only if the booking has not already been allocated to a courier. |
Actions
1. | Select My Profile > Booking Details > View Online Booking Details. |
2. | Highlight the booking status Incomplete. |
3. | Optional step: if you want to filter the results, choose any combination of Booking/Job Number, Account Number and/or Date Range: |
a) | For Booking/Job Number and Account Number fields, either type in the exact number or part of the number with a * wildcard. |
b) | For the Date Range either type the date(s) in the form dd/mm/yyyy or click the calendar icon, pick a date and click Close. |
4. | Click Search. |
5. | Find the booking record and click one of the buttons at the right-hand end of the row. |

Lets you view a summary of the booking details. |
Amend |
Lets you change booking details provided the job has not been allocated to a courier and is the change occurs within the time-limits agreed with CitySprint. |
Cancel |
Allows you stop this booking providing the collection date/time are still within the cancellation period. |
Reuse |
Allows you to make a brand new booking based on an older booking and use the same address and item details - you can change any of the data in the Booking screen. |
