Setting up a default "Sender"

Sender details that are saved through MY PROFILE automatically displayed when you start a new booking.

Before you start

1.Use this feature if there is one person (other than yourself) whose name needs to appear on the majority of your bookings.
2.The Set Up Sender Details screen is associated with your user profile, not an account. Once you save these details, they are displayed by default whenever you start a new booking, irrespective of the account.

Actions

1.Select MY PROFILE > Sender Details and Defaults >  Set Up Sender Details.
2.In the Sender Details panel, complete as many fields as you require.
3.You can also add any credit or debit cards using the Card Details panel.

Card details are associated with your user profile (not a booking account). Setting up card details in MY PROFILE can help you to make bookings faster provided the booking account was set up by CitySprint to accept card payments.

4.When you have finished click one of:

Save (save and stay on the same page) / Save & Close (save and leave the page) / Close (cancel the changes).
