The following panels are available from the Add or View/Amend Group screens.
Throughout the application, an asterisk * indicates that a field/button is mandatory for the given screen.
Some options listed below may not be available. Why?

Depending on the inherited settings, there may be several services, with associated vehicle options, available. Some accounts also have SameDay Priority options. This provides bookers with the option of converting a normal SameDay Courier booking into a priority booking before confirming it. |

Some accounts may require an internal bar-code or item reference and administrators should change the labels in the group screens as appropriate. The more information that bookers can provide, the more likely it is that CitySprint allocates a vehicle that is closely matched to the load. When the Add Item Information button is shown, the system also displays the Select Item button. |

Changing the field label If the "Reference"/"Department" booking code is shown (in the Screens and Field Controls panel), you can change the field label from this panel. The new field name is displayed in the Screens and Field Controls panel and in the Booking screen (when you save the group settings). Controlling user input You can also select how bookers have to enter the code in the Booking screen:

The alternative Service Option and quotation are based on data such as Booking Type, Total No. of Items and location information. The booker is not obliged to accept the alternative. If available, this value may be set to Lock for the given account. If it is not locked, the administrator may modify the maximum number of delivery addresses which can be applied to Multiple Delivery Address bookings against the selected account (the minimum is 2). If the account has inherited a maximum value, the administrator can decrease the value but not increase it. |
