Linked fields constraints

Data entered into Key Field and Link To fields must conform to the same constraints as the related fields in the Booking screen.

Abbreviations used in the Link To field dropdown list:

•SD : SameDay
•S : Single Address Delivery
•M : Multiple Addresses Delivery
•W : Wait and Return

Department

Constraints: length 1-30 characters a-z A-Z 0-9 and and special characters.

Contact Name

Constraints: length 1-20 characters A-Z a-z 0-9  - (hyphen) ' (apostrophe)

Contact Number

Constraints:  length 1-12 characters  0-9 (numeric values only)  + (plus) - (hyphen), no spaces.

Email Address

Constraints: valid email format,  length 8-80 characters a-z A-Z 0-9 @ (ampersand) - (hyphen) _ (underscore) . (full stop)

Postcode

Constraints: length 1-20 characters a-z A-Z 0-9 space.

Building Name/no.

Constraints: length 1-60 characters a-z A-Z 0-9 and special characters.

Instructions

Constraints: length 1-50 characters a-z A-Z 0-9 and special characters.

Notification email

Constraints: valid email format,  length 8-80 characters a-z A-Z 0-9 @ (ampersand) - (hyphen) _ (underscore) . (full stop)

Notification SMS

Constraints: length 0-20 characters 0-9  (numeric values only)  + (plus), no spaces.
