Amending security questions

Security questions are generally used for enhancing login security and providing an additional filter level for invoicing purposes.

Before you start

1.You cannot search for security questions across accounts.
2.Recommendation: use one, or at most, two security questions per booking account.

Actions

1.Select ADMIN > Security Question Management > View/Amend Security Questions.
2.All the existing accounts with security questions are listed along with the number of questions per account.

You can amend or delete any security questions created by yourself or other administrators in the same group:

3.To modify the security question, find the record that you need and click Amend.
a)To add more questions, go to the Questions Details panel and type the into the Question field. Also type the answer into the Answer field if you require users to enter an exact match (case is not validated).
b)To change an existing question or re-order the sequence of questions, go to the Existing Questions panel and click Amend.
c)To remove an existing question, go to the Existing Questions panel and click Delete.
4.When you have finished, click one of:

Save (save and stay on the same page) / Save & Close (save and leave the page) / Close (cancel the changes).
