Administrators can set up a new graphical logo for one, some, or all of the accounts in a consol code. The logo is visible to anyone who accesses the account, regardless of group.
Before you start
| 1. | You must have administrator privileges for the consol codes/accounts which will use the new logo. |
| 2. | You must have access to the folder that contains the new logo (graphic). |
| 3. | Logo files MUST be in .jpg / .peg / .gif format. The dimensions of the graphic must not exceed 120 x 120 pixels. |
Actions
| 1. | Select ADMIN > Branding > Add New Account Logo. |
| 2. | Select the required consol code from the Consol Code dropdown list. |
| 3. | Do one of: |
Tick Apply to All Accounts
OR
Highlight one of the accounts in the Account Name list
OR
| 4. | Select several accounts by holding the CTRL button down as you highlight individual accounts with the mouse. |
| 5. | Click Browse, find and highlight the image that you want to use and click Open. |
| 6. | Click Preview to check that the image is the right one. |
| 7. | Tick Active to apply the image as a logo for the selected accounts. |
The existing image is removed from use and the filename of the selected active logo is displayed in Image Name.
