1 The Account Navigator
| • | The and of the person who is logged in - this information is always displayed. |

2 MENU tabs

| • | Use the menus in to set up information for frequently used bookings and save retyping the same data. |

This is the sequence of menus that brought you to the current screen.

4 Favourites carousel (Booking screen only)
The Favourites carousel can store up to 12 of your frequently used bookings:
| • | Each button launches a Favourite booking (irrespective of the account number in the navigator). The button label is the name of the Favourite. |
| • | You can change the labels and the order of the buttons in . |

5 Information icon tooltips (mouseover help)
Hover the mouse over the orange information icons to get tooltips and general guidance.

6 Help panel
| • | Displays context-sensitive help for any field on the screen when the cursor is inside the field (not checkboxes or buttons). |
| • | If you need to maximise the screen width to view more data, click Hide inside the Help panel. |
| • | Provides a contact number and may be customised with a company logo. |
