When I click Confirm in the Booking Summary I get a Service Error
Check that you have got some data in the first field of the Booking screen's Sender Details panel (even if the field does not have an asterisk). A booking cannot be confirmed if this field is left blank.
Why do I keep getting errors at the top of the Booking screen?
When you click Next at the bottom of the Booking screen, the system checks that all essential information is present:
| ▪ | validated collection and delivery addresses. |
| ▪ | a service and a vehicle option. |
| ▪ | matching overall total number of items to be collected and delivered. |
| ▪ | completed mandatory fields (including in Add Item Information). |
| ▪ | valid data throughout. |
Book from Saved quote does not display all the quotes that I saved
Saved Quotes expire at midnight on the collection date. You cannot access expired quotes.
