When I click Confirm in the Booking Summary I get a Service Error

Check that you have got some data in the first field of the Booking screen's Sender Details panel (even if the field does not have an asterisk). A booking cannot be confirmed if this field is left blank.

Why do I keep getting errors at the top of the Booking screen?

When you click Next at the bottom of the Booking screen, the system checks that all essential information is present:

validated collection and delivery addresses.
a service and a vehicle option.
matching overall total number of items to be collected and delivered.
completed mandatory fields (including in Add Item Information).
valid data throughout.

Book from Saved quote does not display all the quotes that I saved

Saved Quotes expire at midnight on the collection date. You cannot access expired quotes.
