The accounts that are available for your use are determined by the user group/admin group that you belong to.
If your job changes, you probably need to let your SameDay online administrator know. You may also need to request access to some different accounts.
Before you start
| 1. | Collate the information that you need: |
| a) | the reasons that you need access to different accounts. |
| b) | the account number(s) to which you need access. |
| c) | any account number(s) which you can currently access but which you do not need. |
| 2. | The screen is associated with your user profile, not an account .... the account that is displayed in the account navigator has no effect on the data. |
Actions
| 2. | Your personal details and group are displayed in read-only fields. This identifies your request to the administrator. |
| 3. | Complete the field with the number(s) of the account(s) to which you need access. |
| 4. | In the field, provide information to justify your request. |
It may be useful to include the contact details of your manager or someone who can vouch for your request.
| 5. | When you have completed all the fields, click Send Request. |
