Booking types

Every Booking screen has a Booking Type. Group settings determine which Booking Types are displayed in the Booking screen for each account.

Every group inherits one or more Booking Types. Using the View/Amend Admin Group and View/Amend User Group menus, the group's administrator(s) can reduce (but not add to) the number of Booking Types available in the Booking screen.

Booking Type	Code	Description
Single Address Delivery	S or SDO	Allows one or more items to be collected from a single location and delivered to another location
Multiple Address Delivery	M or MDO	Allows one or more items to be collected from various addresses. Some/all/none of the items collected from address 1 can be delivered to address 2. Optionally, further items may be collected from address 2. Some/all/none of the items may delivered to address 3, and optionally, more items may be collected. And so on... until all the collected items are delivered. The total possible number of delivery addresses is 30. However, the limit is set and inherited per account. Administrators may be able to reduce this limit depending on their admin permissions.
Wait and Return Delivery	W or WAR	Allows one or more items to be collected and delivered to another location. The courier waits there and collects one or more items for delivery to the original pick-up location.
